50 NUANCES DE PECS — Cet exercice est excellent pour l’isolation de vos pectoraux. — La règle, pour solliciter un maximum vos pectoraux est de d’éloigner vos coudes dans le prolongement de vos épaules. — Vous pouvez plier légèrement les bras (dans une certaine limite, sans que ça ne ressemble à un développé) pour l’étirement des pectoraux en position basse. — Attention à ne pas avoir les bras trop tendus, ce qui fait qu’accentuer les risques de blessure aux biceps. — Comme pour tous les exercices pectoraux, votre torse doit être bombé, omoplates contracté et basse dans le dos, vous ne devez à aucun moment décrocher vos épaules vers l’avant — Variantes des écartés couché aux haltères : Assis, debout ou à genoux au sol. Aux poulies vis-à-vis haute avec le buste penché en avant. Aux poulies vis-à-vis basse couché sur un banc. Sur machine comme le Pecfly, Etc... — Faites attention à vos épaules, elles peuvent ne pas apprécier l’étirement que cet exercice provoque. Festive post mini workout selfie 🎄 I literally only had 10 mins to spare before an appointment this morning and following the premise that something is better than nothing I decided to use it to get in a quick cardio and stretch workout.
