I’m behind in my post workouts ever since Friday due to my poor service visiting my daughter in college and being busy with her but I have been completing my workouts. I’ll do several posts to break it up showing what I’ve been doing. The workout I completed Sunday was a bonus workout with AWOHL Chest & Back. This is such a great muscle building workout especially with all the reps that’s involved. I had to push my limits of muscle fatigue but I was up for the challenge. I sweat a ton during the workout. I am noticing my strength is increasing the more I push play and complete these workouts. I’m so thankful for Sagi to make such an amazing program!
Day 6 of Full Out from the workout Cize. I had some extra jump in my step today. Maybe is was my pre workout juice but I sweat it all out and brought it to this routine today. I have had some extra anxiety and stress lately which didn’t hurt to take out on this workout. I think my confident is rising with this workout. I am nowhere near perfect but I am getting more confident each time I press play on Cize along with every workout I press play on.

This workout is one of my all time favorite Total body workout that I’ve ever done. It’s so challenging but it’s so good/
Day 4 of Full Out from the workout Cize. I was lucky that I had some time with getting this workout in before leaving for my daughter college because the furniture movers had been delayed with bringing our new couch and recliner chair. I did a lot better today with this because I pressed play and brought it with this one.

Saturday, I did Day 5 of Full Out from the workout Cize in the morning. I couldn’t make a video due to the fact that I had to use my phone for the program but I had a lot of workout space to get it done. I had a roomy hotel room which helped in getting it done.
Today I had every intention of doing a workout after I got home from work. I even got my workout clothes and shoes on! But one thing led to another, and it just didn’t happen.
But that’s okay, I can hop back on the train tomorrow. Life isn’t perfect—so one imperfection is not an excuse to give up!
