Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
God will do what He says He will do. You also have work to do. Having said that, don't sit around waiting for God to do everything. He'll do His part. YOU do your part. God will have others undergird and support you as He did for us. As you're praying, meditating, and believing, begin using what you know and doing what you can do. Take even the smallest of steps. You'd be amazed at what could result from the simplest effort or action. Know that you sow a seed for what you desire each time you take a step.
Who said it would be easy?
Just because you know that something is of God, don't expect that it's going to be easy. If you could do it all in your own ability, or if it's always easy, then where's God's glory? It's in His strength and capacity that we can do or achieve the unthinkable. His grace is sufficient for you.

Day 24: After a massive week, a weekend spend on the lounge watching movies and eating what ever I wanted was exactly what I needed. I raced around on Saturday doing the ‘weekend jobs’ so I could just relax, which was exactly what I needed! I am feeling so much more refreshed this morning! I was worried about stepping on the scales this morning but it was quite a nice surprise!

Hope the weekend was a good time for you to relax and catch up with your loved ones.
Mental and physical training are both important. But mental training is more important, because if we haven’t developed the mental power of focusing our attention in stressful situations, then we can’t apply our physical training. It is also more important than physical training because all training is essentially mental training. Physical training trains muscles, but more importantly, it trains and develops neural networks in the brain. In other words, we don’t create “muscle memory” when we do physical training, we create neural networks that fire signals to the muscles in specific, more effective ways. It’s important to create these neural networks in a quality manner. Therefore, how we do our physical training is critical. “How” points toward the importance of doing the training with quality. The main way we enhance quality is with attention. We need to pay attention during the training process.
Hoping you all understand the basics of mental strength vs physical strength and apply it in your daily lives and especially into your health and fitness.

Monday’s that day when the new climb begins for so many!
A day when people tend to start their new training / nutrition etc.
A day when a big change is made. Huge promises to ourselves that we are going to achieve so much & really “do it” this time. We put off starting till Monday .... sure I might as well go all out as I’ll be really strict from Monday 🤦🏻♀️.
A mindset that can cause you to eat, drink & make merry far beyond what you actually want or really enjoy!
A self saboteur cycle of sorts.
We approach the day perhaps sluggish & meh after the weekend.
We then set huge expectations for the week ahead . We react & set goals to counteract with no long term view or real consideration.
Do we achieve these goals?
Are the expectations & promises too big!?
How do you feel by the time Friday rolls round again?
Perhaps manage your expectations this week and set yourself smaller goals.
Goals you can achieve & build on, goals that align with your priorities ,long term health, fitness & happiness!
Choose 5 things you would like to achieve this week( write them down), ask yourself honestly on a scale of 1-10 how likely are you to do each of them.
1• I will make the gym a minimum of 3 times.
2.• I will hit 10,000 steps every day.
3• I will eat protein with every meal
4 • I will increase my vegetables by including one salad as a meal each day
5 • I will go to bed 30 mins earlier
If the answer is less than 7 out of 10, you probably won’t do it .
Choose the 2-3 that you answer 8-10 on very honestly.
Achieve these 3 goals & finish your week with a sense of achievement & positivity ( maybe carry that goal achieving mindset into the weekend).
Approach the following Monday ready to tackle a new set of goals or continue working on making these 3 solid habits.
✨If you don’t hit all goals that week or don’t stick to one goal no matter the day just accept it & move forward to finish up the week strong!
You will still have achieved positive actions toward your goals!! Take the little wins! Learn & adjust from setbacks.

Madness is like gravity, all it take is a little push" #monday
It's my last few hours in Helsinki then it's time to get back to LDN "my fav city on earth". Back on track, training, plain food and my old "routine" - the 1 word that I hate the most but I actually have missed it.
Its has been a super mad and fun summer, i feel sad to watch it go but looking forward to spend🍁 in London, without any ✈. The airport life is never easy like all these bloggers make it to be guys🤪.
Soooo much YES!!! Pumpkin season has really got me this year so here I’m am trying to be constructive about it 😉
Got myself some pumpkin spice seasoning yesterday at Trader Joe’s and came across this beaut of a recipe. My tummy is pretty happy to say the least! .
P.s for those of you who don’t live in the U.S... you’re missing out!
* 2 cups PB
* 1/2 cup Keto maple syrup (I love birch benders)
* 3/4 cup coconut flour
* 2 TB pumpkin purée * 1 TB pumpkin pie spice
1. Heat up PB with sweetener until warm and whisk together.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. If batter is too thin add some coconut flour.
3. Form small balls of dough and refrigerate til firm.
Macros (1 ball)
