According to #drjoedispenza , the way we think, feel and act, is the essence of our personality (which creates our reality). Generally our thoughts are the same as the ones of the previous day. Same thoughts —>same choices —>same behaviors —> same experiences —>same emotions 🔁 influence the way we think.
So if we want to change our personal reality, we need to change the way we think, feel and act.
So we might need to start paying more attention and become aware of our #unconscious habits and behaviors.
Our neurons are constantly firing and wiring throughout our lifetime and as a result hardwiring the brain (just like a computer program). So when we are confronted with change, thinking positively may not suffice. This is because our body and mind has been-conditioned for many years. How often do we find ourselves running in autopilot mode?
So let’s take an example: if we think we are tired, the body will create a matching response - we will feel tired no doubt about that. So the body influences the mind. Or if we want to start working out (as one of the new year’s resolutions)🏋️♀️ our body will want to sabotage the thinking simply because the body wants to stay where it is most at ease....in comfort zone. Therefore, any change in the mind will eventually be sabotaged by the body —> we talk ourselves out of it.
The body and mind relationship needs to change. In order to achieve this, it is advisable to use mental visualization. If we take the example of working out, then simply imaginingng that it has already happened...we are fit and feeling energized.
When we tap onto the emotions feelings thoughts generated in our body, we consciously write a new programming software.
It’s like creating a new blueprint, which will lead to a new desired behavior and ultimately move us in the right direction. By deliberately teaching the body what to feel in the future: the enthusiasm, the well being of working out- will generate more of the same feelings.
