Пожалуй, самая главная боязнь многих девчат решивших посещать тренажёрный зал - это превратиться в мужика. Увы, но я вас разочарую, занимаясь в тренажёрном зале на мужчин похожими не будете (борода не вырастет и огромными накаченными гориллами не станете). Все дело в гормонах, а в нашем случае он конкретно один - тестостерон. Основной мужской половой гормон, который отвечает за рост мышечной массы, волос на теле, сексуальную функцию и тд... Так вот в женском организме его мало, а если быть точнее, то содержания тестостерона у женщины почти в 10 раз ниже. В 10 раз!!! (пример в карусели фотографий). Девчата, у которых мужеподобные мышцы (не естественных размеров) используют анаболические стероиды (допинг), искусственно повышая уровень тестостерона в своем организме, исключение бикинистки (и то не всегда).
