Tried this in Asakusa in #Japan last year and it was such an interesting experience! As someone who loves matcha, I thought this tasting flight is totally worth it! The highest level had a super strong almost-bitter taste of matcha, while the lowest level was definitely on the milky cream side. My favourite was level 3! It was just right amount of flavour! ☺️

This sandwich is probably one of my favorites ever to make. I started making it back in 2015 when I was breastfeeding Grayson and forever hungry. Typically, I make it with bacon...but my husband ate all of the bacon and didn’t tell me. 🤦🏻♀️
(It’s just as good with sausage though). I used my @unprocessyourfood Dash Mini Waffle Maker to make these delicious homemade waffles, which I then spread a nice helping of @samsclub Members Mark Natural No-Stir Creamy Peanut Butter on top of. I topped it with some fluffy scrambled eggs and a breakfast sausage patty. To complete it, each sandwich gets a drizzle of maple syrup.
I love a good salty and sweet combo.
