Mindfulness... every breath you take is important in every way. Focus on things that make you happy because life isn’t promised to us as we seek Validation from others, when it’s on your mind to check on someone… Do it, don’t put it off. Your life is already aligned with all the desire of your heart. You don’t have the time or energy to invest in something or someone that’s not serving your purpose. Since becoming a coach it’s allowed to me fulfill a part that I’ve been longing for for so long! Currently I’m working my booty off to take Kenneth and I to Punta Cana next year! This will literally be the honeymoon we never had! Following that I’m starting to plan a trip to Napa Valley for my girls when we hit our next big goal! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Grateful at the abundance our garden has been providing. This is my first ever broccoli it’s so exciting that one it lived long enough to grow a broccoli and two the actual broccoli was able to be harvested rather than eaten by wildlife, killed etc. nothing beats the taste of home grown food. Plus the new found connection I have to the land we live on has really turned my world upside. So cheers to new knowledge and fresh homegrown food.

It is absolutely gratifying to get into a new posture or arm balance... but nothinggg beats the connection you can create. Connection to your breath - connecting mind, body and spirit
