Looks tranquil doesn't it? Wish it was you? Most of us do & it can be! Maybe not for hours but for a few moments.
When we spend our lives stressed we live in flight or fight mode on edge, we get inflammation, muscle pain, injury & deep fatigue you're undermining your body & working against it which can lead to poor sleep, high blood pressure, mood swings and over time chronic dis-ease, obesity and the list goes on. 😩
While we think doing more gets more done, we live in an time where if we STOP & slow down occasionally we calm to BODY to rest & rejuvenate; & calm the MIND to increase focus & enhance time management. 💆♀️ YES! TIME OUT can give you more time! 🙌
The best techniques for TIMING OUT are:
1. Meditation 🙏 - it can be a simple guided meditation (start with 10 minutes). 2. Deep Breathing 😩 - 10 Long slow deep breaths so your lungs fill right to the base of your belly and the edges of your chest!
3. Conscious Body Relaxation 👂 - sitting in your chair or lying down, start with the tips of your toes & consciously say to yourself in your head I now relax my toes, the base of my feet, (work your way all the way up your body noticing every little point as you go, keep going past your shoulders, nose, left ear, right ear) to the tip of your head. Then notice how your body actually feels when it can TIME OUT! At this point either go to sleep or lie here for 10 minutes and let your body surrender. Notice how great you feel after.
4. Massage 💆♀️ - this may seem like a luxury but it's a pretty big necessity in modern living to fully relax your body & mind & surrender to it
How often should you be doing these?
Atleast DAILY! It can seem a lot at the start but commit to 7 days.

For so long I suffered from anxiety which stopped me from living life and staying in my own comfort zone
Since I have started working on myself and finding happiness I made a promise to enjoy life and get out of my bubble and experience life and all its joys
Starting off small with things in my area then work to bigger things (small steps lead to bigger things)so today we we t strawberry 🍓 picking it was fun and very calming then we had ice cream and lunch at the beach
Was a beautiful day so don’t let things stop you from having fun get out if your comfort zone and try something new as often as you can 🦋🦋🦋🦄
