Kennetta Hutchens left school at year ten, was a stripper at twenty-one, was on Melbourne’s biggest billboard (wearing not much) at the same time, was managing seventy strippers at twenty-three, worked in the exotic dance industry for over a decade, partied harder than most for twenty years (sometimes staying awake for five days!) and at thirty-four, set up Victoria’s first Pole Dancing Studio, Pole Divas, which has grown into a thriving organisation, with fifteen hundred students and studios in seven locations. Fortunately, she’s now settled the-fuck down and is a responsible mum and business owner with a super fascinating story.

Phase 2 of the 12 Week Strength Programme takes more of a CrossFit Spin and we start to see some strength based Metcons along with working muscular hypertrophy and endurance with higher rep ranges. If you are following the olympic lifting version of the programme you will still see a lot of weight lifting however the focus is not so hard on these lifts. The non olympic lifting version of the programme modifies a lot of the Metcons to be accessible to people using regular gyms so you don't have to worry about dropping barbells. This programme is perfect for anyone hoping to maintain cardiovascular fitness while increasing all round strength.
