Hiiii babes swipe for today’s lower body workout✨ it’s a good one my leggggies are already so sore and shakey🥵 I also did a lot of new stretches tn and I feel so happy because I’ve been wanting to learn more stretches to increase my flexibility! I set up a course at @windy_city_ninjas_chicago for the weekly @movestrong ninja comp and it turned out to be a really fun and challenging course! There were 9 obstacles in total with 3 possible bonus points.
I ran first to demonstrate the course and luckily got full points including all the bonuses in exactly 4 minutes.
1. Quick feet balance (+1 bonus for skipping the quad steps jumping bar to bar).
2. Ring alley to ring toss
3. Squishy rollies
4. Tilting ladders
5. Devil steps (+1 bonus for swinging from the rope back to the beginning)
6. Teeter and peg balance
7. Cliff hanger to lache (+1 bonus for laching 6' to the cliff hanger)
8. Swinging alley
9. Warped wall

My back down volume sets after my heavy sets on bench press yesterday. Was very happy still getting some solid numbers after being very fatigued. 😁 Fought through the burn and fatigue well! 🤘 Bench press was a touch and go workout and went 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, singles with 225, 255, 285, set of 2 315, set of 5 315 slingshot, set of 1 315 2-3 second pause rep, set of 7 275, set of 12 245, and a set 15 225 failure. 💪Getting back to where I want to be but slowly stepping it up each workout. Setbacks lead to great comebacks! Goal is a 5 rep with 315 touch and go and 315 4 rep pauses. 🙏

Killed it training biceps and back with my dad @9__finger ! 😁 Did a ton of burnouts with him with the 35s, 25s, 50 pound straight bar and the 40 pound EZ bar for curls. Then did 5 sets of pull ups and then a ton of shrugs on the shrug machine for 8 sets. Then 4 sets of rear delt pull downs and 4 sets of cable low rows. 💪 Was definitely a good session! 🙏
