Para muitos a fórmula dos treinos é feita de modo bem prático, se o objetivo é emagrecer, treino aeróbio (esteira, bike, elíptico,etc). Agora se for aumentar massa muscular, treino de força (musculação). Porém, estudos mostram que as coisas não são tão simples assim. Todo tipo de treino é bom para todas as populações, basta saber adequar ao indivíduo. O formato de treino que pode vir a ser a melhor escolha para você, será determinado pelo profissional da área (educador físico), não adianta ir na base do achismo ou treiinternet. O treinamento aeróbico vai te ajudar na queima de gordura, principalmente por causa da troca de oxigênio, fortalece e melhora o sistema respiratório, e melhora do condicionamento cardiovascular em geral. Em contra partida, o treinamento resistido provoca alterações fisiológicas e musculares como aumento de força, resistência, potência e hipertrofia muscular. O aumento dessas capacidades é importante, pois elas são requisitadas ao longo de nosso dia. E treinando as mesmas, conseguimos realizar essas atividades com mais eficiência. Com essas definições, podemos concluir que ambos treinos proporcionam adaptações importantes no processo de emagrecimento e fortalecimento. The summer time in Ayurveda is associated with the pitta dosa. The pitta dosha is associated with the fire and water elements. It’s the time of the year that our competitive nature can come out which can be good or tip us  to be too competitive and burn ourselves out. This workout is for any dosha that is in balance, or if you need to bring in more competitive fire into your life. If you’re a pitta dosha and feeling a bit burnt out or rundown this is not the ideal workout for you at this time. Instead try a slow flow  yoga class, swimming, or a hike in a shaded area. ⁣

Perform an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout for 20-30 minutes. ⁣
⁣
Shuffle, slam & sprint x5 reps ⁣
Squat & Press x 10⁣
Med. ball skater lunges slam x8 side ⁣
Walk out burpee x8⁣
Squat jump to plank jack with rotations x10⁣
Plank with leg lifts x10 total ⁣
⁣
