Quinoa breakfast bowl! I can’t eat oatmeal anymore so I found an alternative... this is Quinoa cooked in coconut milk and vanilla powder. Fresh blueberries and water with a bit of vanilla cooked to make a syrup, topped with chopped pistachios, unsweetened coconut shredded, chia seeds, fresh almond butter with sliced banana... pour blueberry sauce over top! I don’t add sweetener to quinoa... you may want to... stick with honey or maple syrup... please don’t use Splenda #cleaneating#foodismymedicine#maturebeauty#maturewoman#mature#maturestyle#food#youcandoit#eatrealfoodmostlyplants

"WE’RE COMPLETELY DEBT FREE‼️ $109,742.68 paid off in 43 months! NO student loans, NO car loans and NO credit card debt!
We started this journey back in Jan of 2016 and we’ve been working so hard for this moment. When Chris and I took the #FPU class back in 2016. We were ❤️ INSPIRED, ❤️ EXCITED and completely 💔SCARED.
During this time we took a big step back and asked ourselves these few questions. 🔸Were we prepared financially if there was an emergency ? 🔸Were we aware of everything we were spending? 🔸And, the biggest question of all, were we able to give FREELY to others in need and doing God’s will with our money? The answer was NO to all of these questions and that hit us hard.
We knew from that moment on, answering 💯 YES to these questions would be the most important thing we could do for ourselves now and more importantly for the future. We realized that we weren’t being #responsible or #mature with our #finanicalblessings and that we needed to be #selfdisplined with our finances. We realized that being self disciplined 💪🏽 was the strongest form of self love. We needed to ignore wants and in the moment pleasures for a big reward at the end, that reward was the #financialpeace we now feel🙌🏽 🔅Living a life like no other, taught us so much about the difference between wants and needs. 🔅It made us appreciate and take better care of our possessions, blessings and everything we put our money towards. 🔅More importantly it made us realize we could accomplish anything when we put our minds to it and when we work together. It taught us #TRUELOVE ❤️in the things that cannot be bought. There were some paychecks that were smaller than others but we still took so much pride in putting in an extra $10 or $15 towards debt. 💡 Because we learned that every penny counts 💰 , and we were focused on the end result and knew we were investing in our futures. NEVER once did we go without a NEED in this journey, all our needs were always met, what a #blessing this #journey was. DEBT is not normal it makes you a prisoner. Proverbs 22:7 WE ARE SO PROUD TO NO LONGER BE #NORMAL, INSTEAD WE ARE #DEBTFREE!"
I don’t know who this is for but I feel that #God is going to #bless people mightily this year!
Say this short #prayer to confirm it:
Please #grant that I and my future #spouse may have a true and understanding love for each other.
Grant that we may both be filled with #faith and trust. Give us the #grace to live with each other in peace and harmony.
May we always bear with one another's #weaknesses and grow from each other's strengths. Help us to #forgive one another's failings and grant us patience, kindness, #cheerfulness and the #spirit of placing the well-being of one another ahead of self.
May the love that brought us together grow and #mature with each passing year. Bring us both ever closer to You through our love for each other. Let our love grow the way You #desire for us.
In Jesus’ name we pray, amen!
UPDATE ADOPTED ❤❤❤❤ This IS precisely why you should never bend your rules.
Two golden ages ladies lost their mom who was just shy of 100 years old. Their world was turned upside down, even worst they were slotted for euthanization.😢 Chance happened that Naresh heard their story and we managed to squeeze them in with other dogs.
We bent our rules for this one family who promised to adopt them both. We were over the moon. All the needed to do was complete their move to new home.
We foolishly turned away all others, as those homes wanted to separate them, and we really wanted to avoid this.
Today were we told no arrangements were made for them in their new home. Bloody unreal and absolutely frustrating!😕 Older dogs are notoriously difficult to rehome. And now after two months the ladies are still with us. 😢
Both are between the ages of 8/10 years old. Healthy are an ox, very sociable with both dogs and cats and children. Also house trained. ❤️ Please helps us find the ‘golden girls' a forever home.
