It is because it removes grease/oil and the could smell.
Similarly, it also prevents bad breath.
A tip for people with Low Iron levels- Squeeze Lemon on top of all your meals before eating.
5 years ago a yoga teacher in Thailand told me that I would become a yoga teacher one day. Although I didn’t know when and how this would happen, this idea has just stuck with me ever since.
In the past 5 years, yoga has gradually become a major part of my life. It has become part of who I am. From someone who occasionally takes yoga classes in the gym, I have become a person who regularly goes to classes, does her sun salutations in the morning and organizes yoga classes for others.
For several years I have been supporting my dear @asanafox in his work as a yoga teacher and I have loved every minute of it. The classes, the lovely community we have built, the travels we have done, etc.
Yoga has become a major part of who I am. It was a long, gradual process with a lot of ups and downs.
But look at me now. I am in Rishikesh, India with all these amazing people doing my 200 h yoga teacher training. ❤️ If everything goes well, ( and why wouldn’t, right?😉) I will be a certified yoga teacher within a month. And with that, one of my biggest dreams comes true. 😻

Entspannte Feiertage sind möglich, JA!!! Es steht und fällt wie immer mit deiner Einstellung! Wie sagt man immer so schön, Familie kann man sich nicht aussuchen und doch ist und bleibt die Familie, ob du willst oder nicht.
Wie stehst du zu diesem, ja ich weiss, sehr heiklen Thema?!
Ich höre jetzt schon Stimmen, die haben schlicht den Horror vor den Festtagen mit der Familie. Ich werde jetzt schon angefragt, wie ich denn mit diesem Thema umgehe... *
Meine Antwort? Total entspannt und auch total ohne Erwartungen, die sind im Normalfall das Schlimmste am Ganzen. Wenn man natürlich schon seit Jahren total verkracht ist, muss man auch nicht Friede, Freude, Eierkuchen spielen nur weil Weihnachten ist.
Muss es aber grundsätzlich im Vorfeld überhaupt so kommen?! WAS muss passieren, dass man sich als erwachsene Menschen sowas von an die Gurgel muss?!
Eine Meinungsverschiedenheit ist ja das Eine, aber dass man Krieg führt in der eigenen Familie, da habe ich persönlich sehr Mühe. Muss das wirklich sein? Eigentlich sollte es doch so sein, dass die Familie schlussendlich, wenn alle Stricke reissen, die erste Instanz ist.
Mach dir darüber mal Gedanken und freue dich vor allem einfach auf die freien Tage und die Möglichkeit mit Menschen am Tisch zu sitzen. Wenn du ohne Erwartungen und vor allem ohne schlechte Prophezeiungen das Ganze angehst, kann fast nichts mehr schief gehen.

This picture of my sweet baby Selene and her new puppy Laila shows how love has no boundaries, a tender moment unexplained. 🙏🏻The connection between two pure souls is captured in this beautiful picture, these are the precious moments that fill our heart with joy.
When we learn to be mindful and grateful of the wonderful and amazing magic that occurs around us, nothing in the world can take away the joy of those moments. We were built to self-heal our body and minds, but when sadness, despair, obstacles and unexpected events occur in our life it can impact our health negatively. If we fall deeper into negativity it can increase our chances of getting sick, our immune system becomes weak. But, when we stop for moments like these that bring a smile, joy and tenderness into our hearts, we self-heal. Be grateful that you have eyes to see this magic, that you can feel joy, and be happy that whatever is making you sad will eventually heal.
There is a saying “stop and smell the flowers” means to stop and look, be mindful that there is magic occurring all around us, “catch a moment” Our creator wants us to be happy and appreciate these wonderful moments. Selene and Laila two babies , two pure souls , love was captured in a picture that will be cherished forever. Part of a healthy and happy life are “Primary foods” which are how we live our life, our family, friends, sharing, community, relationships, friends, spirituality and much more. Don’t like your job? —> bust your butt off so hard for something you truly are PASSIONATE ABOUT and make it to a point where you can QUIT 😱 that job you don’t like!! Stop wasting your time on unneeded stress and put in the effort towards something you love doing. You have the CHOICE become successful at anything you wish but it’s YOUR CHOICE to take ACTION.

1️⃣ GROW YOUR POSITIVE ATTITUDE. As much as people say “just be positive” a person cannot just wake up one day and suddenly be positive and actually believe what they are telling themselves. This is why the key 🔑 word is GROW. Over time we can let’s say “train” our brains into looking at things from positive perspectives however if you’ve been in a negative point of view for so long it’s not something that can be changed over night. It takes time but the more you practice changing your mindset that positivity becomes natural rather than forced. So be easy on yourself. 💕💕😀😀
2️⃣BE GRATEFUL. You may not have things in life you aspire to have just yet. Or you may have very little. However, be grateful for the little things like the people surrounding you, the job that pays your bills, that one person that barely knows you but still takes the time out of their day to ask how you’re doing or “have a great day”. 👨👩👧. •
3️⃣TAKE LEADERSHIP OF YOUR LIFE. If you don’t like something in your life or think you can do better then DO IT. Because REALITY CHECK if you really wanted something you’d find a way to get it or do it. No matter the circumstances. You are in control of your life and happiness and if you are letting outside influences bring you down then you will never really know what you are truly capable of 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
We all go through hard times but it’s apart of life; it’s how we approach certain circumstances/situations and build our lives around it. Just be easy on yourself and know you deserve all the happiest☀️☀️ in the world. •
So,... I just got one of the most rewarding calls from a lady I have been coaching for the past year.
