Introducing lei cha (meaning ground tea) Hakka tea rice! The perfect dish for rich week-long food celebrations! 😂
As a kid, I snubbed my nose at the different herbs but as an adult, all the mixed vegetables, tofu and rice makes my insides so happy!
Along with all the cut up vegetables and rice, the star is the bright green sauce base. Made of tea leaves, mint, Thai basil, coriander, nuts, seeds and herbs, it's a power punch for clearing out your gut!
Let's talk about Cravings.
*Disclaimer I am not a medical professional, but this is what I have learned*
Pregnancy and Cravings can be a struggle for women.
I struggled with feeling guilty. I felt guilty that I was making poor decisions on what I was craving. My midwife was so amazing and just simply encouraged me to fulfill my cravings. She said "Likely when you are craving something it's typically something you didn't eat lots of or may have been strict with dieting and rules therefore your body craves it." When I did more research on the subject I found the following information.
When you are craving Chocolate, your body is lacking magnesium, so instead of indulging fully on chocolate also try and eat more almonds and spinach. When you are craving sugar, that means you need chromium and phosphorus. Along with fulfilling your sugar needs then add more fruits, broccoli, and beans to your diet. Craving salty foods means you are lacking chloride. So after you treat yourself to your fries, or crisps then add olives and leafy greens to your diet. Lastly if you are craving fat, for example bacon, or buttery food, this means you are lacking omega-3. Try adding salmon (in moderation because of mercury you need to be cautious) but there all alternatives with high levels of omega-3 like chia seeds, flax seeds, and walnuts.
I personally would still fulfill my craving of whatever it was but then I would substitute that craving for healthier alternatives down the line!

Now this is scary trying to launch something like this and I hope it helps as many guys get in shape as possible. Going from my own experiences and pitfalls when trying to pack on muscle or lose fat I’m putting together a comprehensive database filled with everything you’ll need to know to get in shape⠀
This isn’t about having washboard stomachs (although still achievable on the program), it’s about cutting out the bullshit, giving you all the tools you’ll need to stay in shape for life and and friendly and supportive community to share your wins
