Gotta love a Tuesday for a transformation
This week marks 4 years since I took on my 1st endurance run... Not going to lie, I felt like I died before I crossed the finish line, but I sure as hell was determined to finish it
Since then it has been a burning passion inside that has made me achieve every single goal that I have set for myself
My body has certainly been through some serious change and yes I'm not at my leanest, but I am by far at my happiest
Do what works for you... As long as you can convince your mind that you can do it, your body will follow suit 🙏
