Today's post is a compilation of pulling movements. Assisted standing pull-ups are great for beginners. Once you’re comfortable with those and build your strength try conventional pull-ups. If you want to challenge yourself further, try the last pull-up variation.

Upper Body & Cardio Burn
A great upper body workout that's quick, will get you sweating and burn those muscles🔥
8 rounds for a total work time of 35.20 -45 secs work 15 sec changeover
- Interchange both exercises in clips twice
- 30 sec break before moving onto the next one!
- The last round I only did burpees no change of exercise to finish so enjoy that 😂

Take 24 hours to sit with it. To consider the reason that you missed the lift. To analyze a decision. To think about how things got to the point that they did. It’s pretty rare in life that we have to respond to something immediately. We CHOOSE to respond. Sometimes that’s necessary, and sometimes that’s okay.
