Happy first day of Fall!! Just when you think you’re not making a difference, remember this. Even if you’ve inspired ONE person (albeit your child, husband, mom, co- worker, etc...) that’s exactly what our world needs. Smile and be kind on Monday’s- it DOES matter. xo
Outside temple building, wtf r u doin?
More righteous everyday while you still stuck on the fence waiting to be saved.🐑 Im seeing a lot of my sadness is coming from not feeling free enough to be myself but its just an invisible mental prison that was made. We have the lock and the key , becoming more free everyday in every way.🐴 Spiritually mentally and physically.
High vibes to the true ones, keep the inner fire progressing you forward and dont let this world let you get trapped in their darkness.🐸 Merkaba 💚🌈💤

so here we go, i'm back in live and sorted my first thoughts after The Double Brutal Triathlon 2019
will i do it again? i will and i have to! because i loved it and because i made a big mistake on day one and i want to know what is possible without. i have a lot of results now in terms of my trainings workload i've done in 2019, research on mental work, nutrition, clothing, pacing and gear, so i can work with all that facts in 2020👍
one more reason for a second double is that i fall in love with doing triathlon at night during this years trainingsessions and to cycle the pen-y-pass at night was my personal summit of having a clear and free mind. satisfied with me and everything surround, even with terrible bikelegs and feeling like an iceblock!
the strongest emotional moments during the event for me weren't the start, the finishline or all that stuff i thought it would be. the strongest moments was always the contact with the support crews beside. all the medics that watched out for us all time from llan padarn over the bike and run courses, up to snowdon and at the head quarter. the brutalevents crew at the headquarter and at every aidstation, you rock! (thanks for the turbo coffee on my last lake lap👌).
every encounter with @kathiharman , next year i try not to laugh so often i promise😃
and of course my support crew mättz and @jessifranke from #running_green hamburg with their outstanding achievement. i think nobody except the athletes will know what it means to come back into the hq tent at night and to look into the asking eyes of your support crew, biggest moments for me in this event! thank you all for everything and for making that event possible👌 and congrats to every athlete who finished that beautiful monster 🎉🎉🎉 hey @sportweltverlag look what you have done😁 thank you for your "go hard or go home" book👍 swim 7,4k 16degrees, bike 377k 5,4k altitude, run 79k 1,9k altitude
