I may have not updated you all but thanks to the gods that be at @slimmingworld my group on a Tuesday was closed 😡 Needless to say my entire group were devastated as if felt like the end of an era 😢 We lost some but we tried to keep as many of us together as possible. So those of us that made the pact still managed to keep our consultant Stacey 💕 but it meant we had to join another one of her groups on a Wednesday night. It’s been a weird couple of weeks since we joined and it does still feel like there is a Tuesday/Wednesday divide but hopefully that will disappear soon as we all get to know each other. Let’s just say they are a hell of a lot louder than us even though there isn’t many of them and it is hard to keep any focus on any of us original Tuesday groupers when it is out time to reflect as they do tend to take over but I’m sure it will all even itself out soon. Они помогают либо дисциплинировать себя и настроиться на нужный лад, либо если съесть сникерс или печенье с чаем - весь режим улетит в трубу!😬 ⠀

Viele gehen davon aus, dass sie sich damit etwas Gutes tun, da es sich ja um Obst handelt. Aber ist das wirklich so? 🤔⁠ .⁠ ❗ Die Antwort hier lautet Ja und Nein.⁠ Klar ist es Obst 🍌, das hier genascht wird und viele Vitamine und Mineralien bleiben auch im getrockneten Obst erhalten. Außerdem ist Trockenobst reich an Ballaststoffen und somit gut für die Verdauung. Jedoch wurde dem Obst die komplette Flüssigkeit entzogen und somit verliert Trockenobst an Gewicht.⁠ .⁠ ➡️ Das wiederum sorgt dafür, dass die Kalorienmenge auf 100 g erheblich ansteigt. Zusätzlich sind die meisten Trockenfrüchte noch stark gesüßt. Für Personen, die viele Kalorien brauchen, bieten sich Trockenfrüchte daher gut an.
