I’ve increased my strength training the last couple of weeks and I already feel like I’m looking way more defined and toned. Holy crap! When I started lifting in the middle of losing weight (still in the middle I just mean while I was still a lot heavier) it took so long for the progress to show. When I look at this pic I see RIPPED arms (hehe not quite but they’re super nice) and lean shoulders! 😍 I’m not a gym pro and I don’t follow a routine. I do exercises I picked up from a personal trainer I saw for 11mo and I also occasionally use the @niketraining app. :)) Oh and I strangely enjoy cardio which I’ve noticed has played a VITAL role in my strength even while not being consistent in strength training. Weird how they work together! Happy Sunday!! 🥰
