Saiba como fazer o Dadinhos de tapioca Você vai precisar de… Tapioca granulada – 1 xícara (170 g) Castanha do pará – 1 1/4 xícara (170 g) – ver nota Levedura de cerveja – 1 colher de sopa (7 g) Sal – 1 colher de chá (5 g) Pimenta do reino – a gosto (opcional) Como fazer… 1- Em um recipiente coloque as castanhas e cubra com água. Deixe de molho por pelo menos 4 horas. 2- Escorra a água da demolha e lave bem as castanhas em água corrente. 3- Transfira para o liquidificador e adicione 350 ml de água. Bata bem até triturar as castanhas, como se fosse fazer leite vegetal, porém não será coado. 4- Transfira o líquido para uma panela e leve ao fogo médio até levantar fervura. 5- Em uma tigela, misture a tapioca granulada com o sal, a levedura e a pimenta do reino. Junte a castanha batida ainda quente aos poucos, mexendo sempre para não formar grumos. Mexa até a massa começar a firmar. 6- Experimente e acerte os temperos se necessário. 7- Forre uma fôrma (usei uma com 25cm X 16cm) com filme de PVC para facilitar na hora de desenformar. Despeja a mistura e espalhe nivelando com as pontas dos dedos ou com as costas de uma colher. Deixe esfriar até atingir ambiente, e leve à geladeira por pelo menos 2 horas. 8- Preaqueça ou forno a 200 °C. 9- Desenforme a massa gelada e corte em cubinhos. 10- Disponha em uma assadeira e leve ao forno preaquecido por cerca de 30 minutos, ou até ficar levemente dourado e com casquinha crocante. 11- Sirva ainda quente acompanhado de geleia ou molho de pimenta agridoce (receita abaixo). Spanish Omelette recipe by @whenharrymetsalad⁠ .⁠ A new 30 minute Breakfast idea!! 🙌⁠ .⁠ Makes two servings (or one if you’re like me)⁠ .⁠ Ingredients:⁠ 3 Large Eggs⁠ 300g Baby Potatoes, Thinly Sliced⁠ 1/2 Red Onion Finely Chopped⁠ 1/4 Cucumber, cubed⁠ 1 Beef Tomato, sliced⁠ Sliced Black Olives⁠ 1 tsp. Oregano⁠ 1 tsp. Paprika⁠ 1 tsp. Sea Salt & Pepper⁠ 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil⁠ .⁠ Instructions:⁠ .⁠ 1. Slice the potatoes and red onion and add into a microwaveable bowl, drizzle with one tablespoon olive oil. Stir with a fork and cover with clingfilm, pricking a couple of wholes on the top.⁠ .⁠ 2. Microwave for 5 minutes before stirring it and microwaving for a further 5 minutes.⁠ .⁠ 3. Gently beat the eggs and mix with potato and onions. Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan with a tiny bit more oil and then add the mixture and cook for 4-5 minutes.⁠ .⁠ 4. After 4-5 mins, give the pan a shake to loosen your omelette. Cover the pan with a plate and flip out the omelette onto the plate. Carefully re-add the omelette and cook the other side for 3-4 minutes.⁠ .⁠ 5. • 190kg x10 Squat @ 97kg BW • After the BNSF British Final I dropped weights on all compounds down to around 60% and started slowly building back up • This was for a multitude of reasons: fix minor injuries, improve movement patterns, psychological impact of constant heavy training... • I’m now getting to the end of these mesocycles, and will soon be moving into a Strength and then peaking block - end the year on a high 💪 • There were times when a 200kg deadlift and a 160kg squat felt heavy, and it’s hard to stick with the plan when you think you’re getting weaker. But you have to trust the process and be patient • You can’t just spend all year working the top end and testing your strength. Maybe it sometimes works for a newbie, but once you’ve got a year or two under your belt, you need to plan out your training macrocycle (year) • Treat yourself like an athlete, even if you just train for ‘fun’ and don’t compete. Your year should have dedicated periods for, but not limited to: Work Capacity & Conditioning, Hypertrophy, General Strength, Peaking / Competition Prep • Each year, Build, then test, a new body.
