We always have a meat dish on the menu. Like the rest of what we serve, it’s very important to us, that the quality is above anything and that farming is done with respect for the animal and nature. A group of chefs went to visit @hindsholmgrisen, where the pigs are treated with genuine care and respect and live a long and happy life in the fields, before they are eventually slaughtered. The world needs more farmers like Paul and Hindsholm. This is organic pig farming done right. And there’s no doubt you can taste it too.
