For so long people have been used to putting only “the good” of themselves on social media leading people to believe there is nothing that they cannot do.
I am prone to this myself and fall into that exact category of putting only my good stuff on!
So here is a clip of me doing something that I CANT do!
I am terrible at these and as we all know the only way to get better at something is to practise!
Don’t be sucked into the lives of others, yes be in ore of the stuff they can do, but know that everyone each has their own weaknesses...!
I cannot do Pistol Squats so today I practised:-
10 min EMOM - 8 weighted Pistol Squats.
5 Minute Transition.
Every 90 seconds x 5
5 cal row
5m Handstand walk
5 pistol squats practise
Be your own worst critic and work on your weaknesses, your strengths will only get you so far 🙌🏼

Let’s talk about fitness/health 🏃♀️
what even is fitness? 🤷🏻♂️
Is it being cardiovascular fit?
Is it eating the latest superfood you saw on sunrise?
Is it wearing the latest Lorna Jane yoga pants?
Is it not going near any processed foods and only eating clean?
Is it getting a sick quad pump and ensuring you show everybody?
Maybe it’s none of these. and maybe it’s all of these.
What I’m getting at is that health and fitness is arbitrary. What may be health and fitness to somebody, may not be health and fitness to you. Do the training that you enjoy, and let other people do the training that they enjoy. All I’ll say here is try make sure that your training is specifically geared towards your own personal health and fitness goals. At the end of the day we’re all seeking improvement. So here is a photo of me doing what I love. getting a majestic pump and capturing it for all the lovers and haters 😘😘
