Approfittando di ogni allenamento come motivo di studio, di spunto per migliorarne l’esecuzione e lo stimolo allenante.

Most of the time we don't have enough time to do cardio and weight workout seperately (which is by far one the best ways ). . So doing it in the same session always puts a question of which one is to do first? . Now keeping it simple " Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building or increasing your strength and performance, you should always do your strength/weight workout first, and then do the cardio". . A proper weight workout is way more important for your goals and requires most of your fresh energy and focus. Doing it after cardio will make you more fatigue and less focus to lift the weights to your full potential. . So it is recommended to lift that weights first, bring your A game there and the. Deplete your remaining energy in your cardio workout. Did only 6 minutes on the elliptical/bike. Eating bad food, smoking, and working out do not work well together mixed.
